We are a third generation family company who have been manufacturing quality Scottish meat products since 1954 . Our products are on sale in every town in Scotland and on many of the Islands. Our reputation was built as a high street butcher serving high quality products. We believe that we still offer this standard of product but now through our supermarket customers.
Our point of difference is that we can process whole animals. We buy from farms/auctions throughout Scotland and after slaughter they are completely processed by ourselves.
Malcolm Allan, our father, trained us to use all the parts of the cattle, giving us a large product range. We continue to pass this ethos down throughout the company.

We are a one stop shop for retail meat product solutions.
We produce a range of sausage products, haggis, black puddings
and burgers in a variety of pack sizes.
We also produce traditional butcher meat lines, including Beef Olives,
Mince, Diced steak and Steak pies.

We produce 54% of all Scotland’s Lorne sausage which is a sausage exclusive to Scotland.
We produce on average 50 tonnes of sausages per week.
We have our own fleet of trucks which allows us to delivery daily to our supermarket customers.
We are an SQA (Scottish Qualification Authority) approved centre to deliver a modern apprenticeship and can also offer REHIS Training [Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland ] in food hygiene, food safety
and Health & Safety.
