Macaroni Mince


Macaroni MINCE

Serves 2

Ingredients you will need

1 onion, finely chopped
250g Malcolm Allan  Steak Mince
400g tinned, chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
Stock cube
100g macaroni
30g low fat cheddar 

How to make our recipe


To a non stick pan, add the onion and minced beef.


Once mince has browned, add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and stock cube and cook for 15 minutes.


Boil the macaroni until tender.


Layer the macaroni and mince mixture into a dish and scatter cheddar over the top and bake for 15minutes until gold and crispy.
