Ingredients you will need

Malcolm Allan Sliced Haggis

1 Jar of Passata
Thinly sliced tomatoes
Lasagne sheets
1 Jar Bechamel Sauce
Black Pepper

How to make Barry's recipe


Cover the base of your lasagne dish with some of the passata


Cover the passata with a layer of lasagne sheets


Cover the lasagne sheets with the haggis, some more passata and some of the sliced tomatoes.   Alternatively you can pre mix the haggis and passata remembering the lasagne needs enough moisture to allow it to cook properly


Spread the bechamel sauce over the tomatoes and layer up as required


Cover the final layer of lasagne sheets with some Bechamel sauce and add a healthy amound of black pepper.   Sprinkle your cheese of choice over the sauce


Cook in the oven at 200C for around 30 to 4 minutes
