We had good facilities and good products and over the last few years we have sold these products into major multiples on the manufacturing side under our own label.
We still make very traditional Scottish products manufactured in small batches to achieve a butcher style product.
The company is still family owned and is run by myself
Gordon Allan and brother James Allan. We have invested heavily in facilities and have an EEC approved boning plant where we process cattle procured by ourselves.
The number for this facility is 1530 and has scores in the top bracket in Scotland from its regular inspections.
It has a full throughput license and from this we produce primal beef which we sell through under our Braveheart label .
We can export from this facility.
Our manufacturing base is at Tamfourhill Falkirk and we have 25,000 square feet of modern factory space. This is over four sites
Offices, Bakery , Meat products factory. Licensed cutting plant and CAP facility.
We have always tried to find gaps in the market place and the range of products from this facility will be no different.
The manufacturing plant has higher EFSIS approval.
