"My husband is a huge lover of haggis. myself, however, have never seen the appeal, I never like the sweaty smell to it, now this was a different brand, and had to be micro waved. Needless to say it stunk the house out!
Now, we have no microwave, and he purchased one of the traditional haggis, oven baked for the recommended time, and I couldn't help it, I had to have a wee bite! Your product has converted me into such a haggis lover! so much so we must have eaten them every night for about 5 nights running.
We tried another brand, when our local tesco stopped selling yours ( or was out of stock ) and it didn't match up to the absolutely gorgeous taste of yours.
Many Thanks" |

"May I say a great big thanks for your steak pie living up to what it says on the package. So often the customers are so very disappointed by what they purchase that they feel its not worth the
Bother complaining.
But as I often make my own steak pies – but due too illness I purchased what I hoped was a good second best, and was I pleasantly surprised – visitors and family all agreed that making your own was no longer worth the trouble. So very well done “Malcolm Allan Ltd” you have one very satisfied customer."

"In a word…….
Haggis!!!!!!!!……….My wife purchased one of your “Traditional Haggis” product from Tesco the other day, and tonight, being Burns Night, we decided to give it a tasting.
The next bit is difficult, because when offering praise, it is so easy too go over the top, and “over egg” it.
So I’ll keep it simple and say that in all honesty, it was a super,super,meal.!!…….. and we are going back to Tesco in the morning, too see if there are any left, so we can freeze them, for future use.
One small fly in the ointment though. Both my wife&myself have too watch what we eat,(calories wise) and there is nothing on the box too give any indication as too how many calories,(fat content etc) there might be in a 480g meal.
Not that it’s going too stop us consuming more on another occasion, and I don’t think we’ll be waiting for Mr Burns to have another birthday either." |

"It is the first time I have emailed a company with congratulations, but felt moved by both the good reports in the Herald (Thursday) of your successes and one young mans approval of your new product.
My son, Robert (10), a good eater, lover of steak pie and all its derivatives, saw your new bakes and immediately picked up the haggis in a local store when shopping.
A fantastic product, keeps the child happy, gives the old man enough when halved, whilst the wife is oot working backshift and dislikes our traditional meals. Apparently mince, mash etc brings back bad memories of school dinners, but he boy says it’s the best he’s ever had. Good luck too you, and the company, a great idea"
