We can produce 40 packs per minute from this production area.
One of the popular lines we produce from this site is our Beef Olive range.
The olives are made from thinly
sliced Topside of Beef filled with a range of stuffing's including
Oatmeal, Haggis and Sausage. |
We have used our butcher shop skills, our 50 years of business in the trade to prefect the best of Scottish beef production. Our small batches are still made traditionaly with the finest of scottish products. Hand cut, perfected and as you would expect from your family butcher .
