We select abattoirs for their proximity to farms in order to reduce transport stress, and we can provide any cut customers specify. Over 10,000 of scotland's livestock producers are independently inspected to ensure all animals destined to become specially selected scotch beef are reared and fed to the highest standards of animal husbandry, health and welfare.
