STEWART ALLAN'S
Quick Marinara Sauce
Recipe to serve with Malcolm Allan Meatballs or try putting it in a Casserole with Malcolm Allan Traditional Beef Olives.
Ingredients you will need
One bottle passata
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
Sprinkle of flaked chillies
½ vegetable stock cube
Sprinkle of sugar
Salt pepper to taste
Handful of basil leaves (torn)
Olive Oil (not extra virgin)
How to make our recipe

Fry off Garlic and chillies in olive oil for 2 mins.

Add passata and heat until bubbling.

Add pepper, salt, sugar and stock cube then cook for minimum 15 mins.

Add torn basil and stir into sauce.
